Monday November 12, Spindev co-founders lead a brown-bag session for Coopindus members on “how to industrialize their software”. Coopindus is an association that aims at supporting startups facing the challenge to step from the prototype of their innovative device to the first commercial series: how to setup supply-chain, how to select suppliers, how to industrialize their software….
The goal of this session was to specifically discuss best practices on software industrialization which is an important part of the overall industrialization. Spindev experts provided best practices in software engineering processes, tooling, suppliers selection, team organization and how to measure software development efficiency.
